Surveillance

Our covert surveillance provides definitive answers in the form of time-stamped photographic and video evidence. In varying case types, surveillance provides certainty where it is needed.

Discreet Surveillance & Definitive Results

Our in-house investigators make themselves indistinguishable from the general public to carry out surveillance without raising suspicion. Operations are carefully planned and investigators rotate or take shifts to avoid becoming noticeable. We use a combination of long-lens and hidden body-worn cameras to obtain footage both in close quarters and over long distances, without drawing any attention to the investigator.

  • Time & Date Stamped Photography
  • High Definition, Time-Stamped Video Footage
  • Covert Recording Platforms for monitoring of properties/assets

Many of our investigators are ex-military or police. Using their wealth of experience, the team has a proven record of making the right choices when situations change unexpectedly. This is reflected in the quality of the evidence we provide. All surveillance operations are supported by a signed log, with time & date-stamped photography and video footage. Whether our investigators witness exceptional events or just a subject doing their weekly food shop, we provide clients with full documentation so that they can see exactly what happened.

Does surveillance apply to me?

I need to know where somebody is working.

Surveillance

If you suspect one of your staff is working somewhere else while claiming sick pay, or your partner is lying about work, you may have reasonable cause to investigate where an individual is working. It may be that somebody owes you money and are claiming they are unemployed and you need to find their employer to apply for an attachment of earnings. After an initial consultation, we will have the details from which we can put together an appropriate plan to follow and survey the person to find out where they are earning their money.

Because employment often follows regular hours, we can identify a good time to begin surveillance by looking at the patterns their behaviour falls into. Perhaps they leave the house every day at a particular time. In this case, our investigators can follow in a vehicle or on foot and take pictures or video footage to record where they are really working. It may be that we need to trace their place of employment by first establishing their method of transport and pattern of movements, once that has been established we can determine the most appropriate solution to identify their place of work.

I need to prove that two people are living in the same property.

Surveillance

It may be that you are a landlord and suspect a tenant of subletting, or that a local authority needs to ascertain the truthfulness of a housing benefit claimant’s story. An initial meeting with us will help us design an appropriate plan of surveillance to provide enough evidence to take action.

Surveillance is appropriate for this kind of case, as our investigators can gather definitive evidence on the ground to solve cases where there may not be any paperwork to prove people are cohabiting. Our team can blend into the crowd, using unmarked vehicles to avoid standing out in an area. We would position a team of investigators with long lens cameras near the property to observe who is entering and leaving the building each morning. Over a period of time, we would be able to determine who is consistently at the property overnight, and gather details which would confirm that they are living there with the named occupant.

I’m concerned about my child whilst they are in my ex-partner’s custody.

Surveillance

A child’s welfare is something we take very seriously, and we understand that these kinds of cases can be emotionally charged. Our team would meet with you to discuss your concerns and collect together the details we need to begin surveillance. Our team would then be able to identify an appropriate and proportional plan of action to observe the parent and child’s interactions, and the property where the child is staying to see if anything is amiss.

Time-stamped photographic and video evidence provided by our surveillance teams can give definitive answers to your concerns. It may be that our findings offer reassurance and comfort, or it may be that we give you the indisputable detail needed to amend your custody agreement in court.

The Vehicle Tracker

A manufacturing firm contacted us because they were had noticed that one of their competitors had recently started using a number of their suppliers and drastically reduces their pricing. After speaking with the director we worked out with our team what the possible options were and after interviewing a couple of members of staff found a pattern that suggested all of the suppliers their competitor had started using were dealt with by a single sales person. Rather than confronting the sales person and making accusations we spoke to the director who assured us he was a loyal employee and looked at alternative options. We conducted a bug sweep on the employee’s vehicle and found that there was a small GPS tracking device attached which had been relaying the employee’s routes and used by a competitor to identify their suppliers.

The Camera In The Clock

Our client was convinced that somebody had been spying on her because her estranged husband seemed to know more than she was telling him, she called us for help and told us exactly what he knew. We ran through some questions with her and found that the only thing the information had in common was that she had been sat at home on the phone while she was discussing it. We narrowed down the search to her home and took some sweeping equipment to take a look at the property, it took less than 2 hours to discover the husband had hired a company to install a bug and they had fitted a small camera in the wall clock. We were able to remove the device and show the client exactly what had been installed in her home.
